How to organize your day for maximum productivity:
Wake up early
You should fall asleep and wake up at the same time if you want to have a productive day. You should go to bed and wake up early. When you wake up early you will feel sleepy after dinner, therefore, you will go to bed earlier. You will also have the whole day ahead of you so you will finish all the tasks for that day.
Don’t reach to your phone after you wake up
After you wake up, you should get up immediately, so that you won’t feel sleepy. You shouldn’t reach for your phone because it is time consuming. You should make yourself a breakfast and shower instead, so you can start the day fresh.
Prepare your daily routine every morning
You should prepare everything you will do that day in the morning. In that way, you will finish everything on time, and you will feel better about yourself and fulfilled.
Do what makes you happy
When you do something you like, you will feel positive, optimistic, and productive. If you think it takes too much of your time, you can do it on your day off, or limit it for 15 minutes per day. You will surely look forward for the next time.
Always be thankful
You should say thanks for all the things and people you have in your life. You can write them down or say them, but make sure you do that every day, no matter if your day was awful.
You should always have strategy when you do something, because you will avoid feeling stressful.
Stop having unrealistic expectations about yourself
You should always be aware how much you can achieve, and go step by step. You should complete one thing, and then move to another, and not jump straight to conclusions.
Do not leave for tomorrow what you can do today
Before going to bed you should prepare for the next day. If you have a task for tomorrow that you can do it today, than you should definitely do it.
Complete the tasks you don’t like
You should do those tasks you don’t like them the best because you will feel relieved and you won’t stress over them.
Ask yourself constructive questions
You should ask yourself each day what you would do if that was your last day. When you ask yourself constructive questions, you will be able to solve a problem.
Give yourself a break every day
Always give yourself a one hour break during the day. You can do whatever you like during that hour.
Do some physical exercise
Being physically active will make you prepared for any challenges, and you will clear your mind. You should incorporate each day some kind of physical activity.
You can try yoga and meditation as method for relaxations. If you manage to do this, you will clear your mind and be ready for the next challenges.
Hug your family and friends
When you do this, you receive and give positive emotions that will help you get through that day.
Clean your home
If your home is chaotic, your mind will be as well. When you get rid of everything you don’t need and de-clutter your space, you will clear your mind as well.
