- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 t lemon juice
Blend the ingredients together and drink the blend three times per day.
Ginger serves as an antihistamine and decongestant and has intense antibacterial properties. Thus, your throat congestion will be soothed because the mucus will dry out and the elimination will be easier. You should consume few slices of ginger each day, or a ginger tea a couple of times per day.
- 6 pieces ginger
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tsp. of black peppercorns
- 1 tsp. of honey
Take a pan, add the water, and bring it to a boil. Then, add the peppercorns and ginger and cover the pan. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
