4 Exercises To Improve Your Eyesight
Nearsighted and Farsighted
This exercise is very simple, but gives great results. You should take a sit on a chair, and you should have an open space in front of you. You should find an object which is near you, and another object which is more distant.
You should focus on the nearer object for 10 seconds, and then switch your focus to the more distant one for another 10 seconds. You should do this exercise for 5 minutes, and your eyesight will be significantly improved over time.
Blinking your eyes
Blinking is very important for the eyes because it can solve many vision problems, and exercise the eye muscles. When you spend too much time in front of the TV or the computer, you blink less.
This dries out the eyes and weakens the muscles of the eyes. Also, blinking prepares the eyes for new information, and makes it easier to process it when you open the eyes.
The Invisible Figure 8
You should lie on your side and imagine there is a number 8 in front of you. You should move your eyes as if you were tracing the figure. You should do this for 5 minutes in one way, and then for 5 more minutes the other way. You will exercise the muscles on your eyes.
Covering your face
Use your hands to cover your eyes, but you should still be able to blink and see in the darkness. If you spend too much time in front of the screen, this exercise will release the stress around the eyes.
