  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 2 tbsp Swerve (Optional)


  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Cups Almond Flour
  • 3 Tbsp. Strawberry or Raspberry Jam (no sugar)
  • 1 tsp. Almond or Vanilla Extract (You can also choose not to put either)


  • 2 Tbsp Slivered Almonds


Your oven should be preheated to 200 degrees Celsius, or 375 degrees Fahrenheit.


  1. Mix together the butter and almond flour. You can include Swerve or other sweetener if you like sweeter taste.
  2. Press outside layer batter into a lubed 8 x 12 cake container and heat in broiler for 10 minutes. Remove from broiler and spread the strawberry or raspberry jam while it is still warm.


  1. Mix together the eggs and almond flour. Include the almond extract, or vanilla extract. You can include 2 tbsp of Swerve or other sweetener if you like a sweeter taste.
  2. Spread the batter over the jam and after that sprinkle the silvered almonds to finish everything.
  3. Place in broiler and bake it for 20 minutes.
  4. Leave it to cool down for 10 minutes before you cut it. This formula makes 20 servings. Make 10 rows across the short part, and one cut in the middle, and you will get 20 slices.
  5. Note: the nutritional values depend on sugar free form in the event that you include the Swerve, you include an extra gram of carbs. On the off chance that you are not on a low carb diet you can add 4 tbs. sugar to the crust and half glass sugar to the batter.
